The Employee Self-Service stores and presents information such as your personal details, payroll information, leave balances and assignment details. The application will allow you to easily make changes to your personal information, submit leave requests and for casual staff, submit timesheets (coming soon). As a line manager or delegate you will be able to approve or reject applications, manage delegations and initiate staff change forms.
The Learning Management System will be available to all employees and students at MCRI and VCGS.
As line managers, you will be able to view your subordinates’ learning assignments, review and approve training requests, view upcoming training for all your direct reports, run reports, view learning history, print certificates of completion, delegate responsibilities and assign alternate managers.
The Manager Self-Service will allow you to view data relating to your direct reports, view team
calendar, submit leave requests on behalf of your employees, run reports and submit staff change
forms.
The Onboarding Module will be available to all line managers at MCRI & VCGS. The system will guide you through all steps of onboarding to create a consistent and complete process. The hiring manager activities (i.e. New Recruitment Activities) include connecting new hires with the right people and relevant content, scheduling meetings and creating a checklist of items in preparation for your new recruit prior to their first day.
The Recruiting Management module will be available to all line managers at MCRI & VCGS. The module will allow you to create new requisitions, send the requisition form for approval and manage/shortlist candidates through talent pipeline statuses.
