Change of Line Manager

 

Initiate this request only if you are the new line manager. The form will then route to the current line manager for approval and then to HR for final approval and processing.

 

Step 1: Click Change of Line Manager Form link from the Manager Self-Service Home page (or Employee Self-Service for delegates) in Nucleus

 Note: Ensure pop-ups from this site are allowed as the form opens on another window.

 

 

Step 2: Select Employee by entering the personnel number or click  to search

Enter the search criteria and click Start Search

Select the employee from the results list and click OK

 

 

 

Step 3: Enter the Effective Date (date for the line manager change to apply from) and End Date (enter the date for temporary changes or leave blank for ongoing change)

 

 

 

Step 4: Enter the Reason for Change

 

 

 

Step 5: Click Submit to send the form for approval
