Talent pipeline statuses

 

The candidate management side of the application will facilitate you through the candidate review and shortlisting process with the help of talent pipeline statuses. The talent pipeline shows the several stages that a candidate will pass through. 

The number displayed on talent pipeline statuses shows the no. of candidates within those statuses. Click on a status to view the candidates within that status.

 

 

When candidates apply, they will show up under New Application status. As you review candidates, those who meet minimum qualifications can be moved to Review for further consideration. Candidates may also be moved straight to any other status such as the Interview/ Not for Interview (within Review status) if further review is not needed. Note that moving candidates to statuses such as New Application, Unsuccessful Candidate- Not Interviewed and Automatic Disqualified will trigger automated email to the candidates. Please check the table below for details about each of the talent pipeline statuses.

Once you have identified the candidate to be hired, move them to the Successful Candidate status. This will trigger an automated email to HR to start the pre-employment process. Finally, once HR initiates the onboarding process for the candidate you will receive an email notification to move all other candidates to the Unsuccessful status.

Forwarded

Status for candidates who have been attached to the requisition by HR

Invited To Apply

Status for forwarded candidates who have been invited to apply to the requisition by HR

New Application

Status for newly applied candidates. Automated email is sent to candidates.

Review: Review

Status to assist managers with shortlisting

Review: Not for Interview

Status to assist managers with shortlisting candidates who are not suitable for interview

Review: Potentially for Interview

Status to assist managers with shortlisting candidates who may be suitable for interview

Review: Shortlist for Interview

Status to assist managers with shortlisting candidates who are suitable for interview

Interview

Status for candidates who have been invited to an interview

Reference Check

Status for candidates who will have their referees contacted

Successful Candidate

Status for the successful candidate. Automated email will be sent to HR once categorised under this status.

Onboarding

HR Only

   

Unsuccessful: Unsuccessful Candidate - Interviewed

Status for unsuccessful interviewed candidates. Call them to provide verbal feedback. Please note candidates who participated in a formal face to face interview will not automatically receive an email notification. It is your responsibility to provide them with verbal feedback. 

Unsuccessful: Unsuccessful Candidate – Not Interviewed

Status for unsuccessful not interviewed candidates. Automated email will be sent once categorised under this status.

Automatic Disqualified

Status for candidates if they are auto-disqualified by the pre-screening questions. Automated email will be sent once categorised under this status.

Hired On Other Requisition

Status in which applicants will be placed if they are in Hired status on another requisition.

Deleted On Demand By Candidate

Status for candidates who have deleted their candidate profile.

Deleted On Demand By Admin

Status for candidates who’s candidate profile was deleted by an administrator.

Declined Data Privacy Consent Statement

Status for candidates who have revoked their acceptance of the data privacy consent statement after applying to requisitions.
